Frac Pump Gearing

We offer in-house design of pump gearing to support well stimulation fracturing operations. OCG was one of the first to recommend profile changes on frac pump gearing to accommodate deflection and increase pump system life. Our new fracturing pump drive design delivers greater reliability through better tooth contact and minimal pitch error.

OCG equipment handles hobbing, gashing and 5-axis milling without releasing the workpiece from the fixture. Finished gears are more accurate, reliable and long lasting, improving uptime.
