As Overton Chicago Gear continues to grow and expand, we have extended our machining services to customers outside of the gearing industry. With our knowledgeable team of experts we are able to provide turning, milling, drilling, 5-axis machining, wire EDM work and other machining services to the market place. You can be assured the precision services we supply will exceed your expectation.

We can machine single or multiple repetitive parts up to 90-inch diameter and shafts to 100-inch length. We provide horizontal and vertical gantry milling for any parts that we turn. We offer wire EDM shapes into parts 40-inch square by 24-inch high.

Our manufacturing floor is especially well suited to turn and mill large shafts. We are also quite proficient at large thin section rings.
